the staffs are very helpful and friendly. the girl (her name is Jessy Shen. hopefully my memory still works properly) handled my check-in. She did explain to me and my family members very patiently in details about all facilities such as Gym, restaurant in hotel and public transport around that area. As we booked two rooms She also located two of them close to each other for us. I and my family members enjoyed staying and had a great time. We will definitely go back if we visit Foshan again in future. thanks so much, guys.

The location of the hotel is central to all of the attractions in Foshan. The staff were always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and contained all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

This is a fantastic place to stay, offering excellent value for the price. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The hotel itself is immaculate, and the staff are very friendly, especially Jessy, who made me feel welcome right from the start.

Being a solo female older traveller is sometimes difficult but the staff made my stay so comfortable. Always helpful and thoughtful. On arrival they gave me an early check in and a room upgrade which was very nice. The room was huge but in the older style but Oh so comfortable. Very very clean. It was a great place to relax.

I only booked the room. It was a large family size room, upon entrance is a kitchen work table with sink and kettle facilities. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom. We had asked for an extra bed in the room, which was not prepared and when asked why, they wanted to confirm which type of bed we wanted - a foldaway bed or AN ACTUAL SINGLE bed (on wheels) as they could not offer a double bed. I was general surprise by this option and very grateful, and perplex by the thought that they thought I actually wanted ANOTHER double size bed as the additional? Not sure if this an option in other countries? The only downer is, the size of their double bed is more like UK large single. It is very close to Zumiao MTR exit A, and about 35 minutes away from GuangZhouNan high speed train station. Upon exit cross the road in front of you stay on the left hand side, not towards the shopping mall. At the end of the street just turn right, it is on the same block, no more crossing roads or underground walk way. It's about 5 minutes from MTR. Very close to other sight seeing and shopping area. Will def come back here again. Staff were very friendly, even though on their system it did not say that I had requested an additional bed, luckily I had printed all messages between myself and the hotel.
