I only booked the room. It was a large family size room, upon entrance is a kitchen work table with sink and kettle facilities. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom. We had asked for an extra bed in the room, which was not prepared and when asked why, they wanted to confirm which type of bed we wanted - a foldaway bed or AN ACTUAL SINGLE bed (on wheels) as they could not offer a double bed. I was general surprise by this option and very grateful, and perplex by the thought that they thought I actually wanted ANOTHER double size bed as the additional? Not sure if this an option in other countries? The only downer is, the size of their double bed is more like UK large single. It is very close to Zumiao MTR exit A, and about 35 minutes away from GuangZhouNan high speed train station. Upon exit cross the road in front of you stay on the left hand side, not towards the shopping mall. At the end of the street just turn right, it is on the same block, no more crossing roads or underground walk way. It's about 5 minutes from MTR. Very close to other sight seeing and shopping area. Will def come back here again. Staff were very friendly, even though on their system it did not say that I had requested an additional bed, luckily I had printed all messages between myself and the hotel.

The warm welcome from the service staff Catherine, she was so friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Due to the raining weather and my early arrival time, Catherine share with us and direct us to tour around the nearby attraction and come back for early check-in. Upon return after our tour, she already prepared an upgraded BIG room with great view for us. The service quality of the hotel staff Catherine makes the most impactful of my stay. She was sensitive to observe my wife tireless, make decision to make adjustment for the customer needs.

She spoke great English so it was easy to communicate with her. We saw a cookbook in our room that had recipes from that region and asked her if she knew where we could purchase it. The next day she gave us the cookbook with a lovely note. She was one of the sweetest people that we met on our trip so if you run into her during your stay you will know what we mean! Hope that the management values her work.

She did explain to me and my family members very patiently in details about all facilities such as Gym, restaurant in hotel and public transport around that area. As we booked two rooms She also located two of them close to each other for us. I and my family members enjoyed staying and had a great time. We will definitely go back if we visit Foshan again in future. thanks so much, guys.

Breakfast is very healthy and good. Have many varieties of foods and need to add some Bangladeshi food items for Bangladeshi customers. Location is also good because near have many shopping malls and restaurants.The important thing is we loved the support and behaviour of the staffs too much. Especially they allowed us for more 4 hrs to stay as our flight is at night. Really loved their support.
